A 1 V -21 dBm threshold voltage compensated rectifier for radio frequency energy harvesting

چکیده

Due to the limitations of battery life and capacity, power supply has been bottleneck for scaling a wireless sensor network in thousands or millions nodes. RF energy harvester (RFEH) is promising solution up sensors devices due increasing accessibility sources, better silicon integration circuit compatibility with networks. One significant low efficiency rectifier where main function micropower convert into DC energy. To achieve higher conversion (PCE), this paper presents five-stage charge pump rectifier, implementation diode-connected MOS transistors an auxiliary produce compensation voltage over wide input range. This work designed implemented using 130nm CMOS technology achieved range 15 dBm than 20%; at -21 sensitivity 1V output while driving 1 MΩ load 920MHz.
